  “From the beginning of planning my daughters wedding to the end, Anchors Aweigh helped with every detail. Helping stay with in our budget, making suggestions we would not have thought of, thier commitment to detail proved to us they are the best caterers we have worked with on any event. I would recommend them to anyone for any kind of event. The staff is very professional. They show up in plenty of time to take care of everything we agreed to. They stick to thier contract and went above and beyond to help make our day very special. Could not be happier with them. Thank you again-Laura”

  “I have hosted & attended events that were catered by Anchors Aweigh. Their service was of the highest caliber & the food was always delicious. Karol & Kim are the utmost professionals. They worked with me to achieve the event I envisioned. They & their staff followed the contract I signed and in my opinion went 'above & beyond'. I highly recommend Anchors Aweigh!”

  “I hired Anchors Aweigh for a combination party for 1st communion and confirmation in May. Having invited 30 people in and out of state, I wanted to enjoy my daughters special day and guests not worry about the food or prep. for that day. I contacted Anchors Aweigh! Both Kim and Karol went over everything and with their experience made several suggestions for making this day work great for me!! They were always available to me when ever I had a question or concern! On my party day, they came and set everything up so that when we arrived back from the church it was all done! My guests were so surprised to see how beautiful everything looked and ready to eat!! The crab dip was wonderful and the chicken dish was cooked and cut perfectly!! We had just the right amount of food for everyone!! Everyone had a great time! Thank you ladies for making this day truly memorable! So now, this July my parents are celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary, and they requested Anchors Aweigh! I can't wait to get started working with them again!! Oh P.S I did nothing but enjoy myself and my guests!!!!!!”

  “This is an out of state relative of the bride who came to town for the wedding. She wasn't present or invited to any of our scheduled meetings or tastings with the bride and her parents. She was not aware of the contract agreements that were signed by the bride. As for the plastic silverware, its called reflections and this is what the bride had arranged to help cut costs. The reheral dinner was set up as a drop-off also to help cut cost. The bride had said she has enough family and friends to help with clean up. Why this relative thinks she knows the quality of our meats is beyond me. I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion, even if they don't know the facts.”

  “If you hire Anchors Aweigh to cater an event be ready to do all the work yourself. PS the london broil is actually roast beef sandwhich meat.”
