Today I had the worse experience of my life in your building. We were wedding guest. we entered and discoverd we were to sit at table 22. This area was behind the bar and freezing air poured from the air conditioner. After 25 minutes I ask the woman at the bar since it was about 55" could I get coffee or tea because I could feel my throat getting sore. Our whole table was cold. We sent two young waitress to speak to the manager. they said he was too busy, I was to wait until I received dinner then I could have something warm to drink. I ask could the cold be turned down, they said the air conditioner was broke. This area cooled the place. We did not choose this place to sit. The whole table went home. The Bride and Groom had not arrived. I do not want them to pay for food for table 22. I will also send them a more detailed account of our treatment.
