Our event was a disaster! The wedding reception was in a petite ballroom, so we had a tent "on-reserve" for the outside patio. Mr. Foreman did not include the tent fee in our final bill, stating there was no point in charging us in advance if we didn't use the tent. I made it very clear that we absolutely NEED the tent on-hand because we NEED the patio space. Despite our agreement, he did not have the patio tented when it stormed that night. My guests were SOAKED waiting at the outdoor bar and the tiny ballroom was overcrowded. The indoor space was then further limited when the bar was moved inside. Had he kept his word, our reception would have been perfect. Instead, our guests were wet, cramped and uncomfortable. A well-planned event was ruined by his incompetence. I guarantee that he will serve delicious food at your event. He will also cash your checks in a flash, but take his time returning your calls. If you do hire him, I advise that you get EVERY detail of your agreement in writing.
