We specialize in on-site roasts and cooking with fire. In addition to our pasture-raised pigs we offer locally sourced beef, chicken, lamb, and sustainably raised seafood. Our team is committed to bringing this quality to the entire meal. We work closely with neighboring farms to provide as much of the produce, herbs, and fruit and can ensure that your meal captures the flavors of the Finger Lakes!
