Vacation Chef’s Mission is to value family, faith, and great food. We strive to always exceed our extended families expectations by creating lasting memories at the dinner table. Our Vision is to be the leading provider of private chefs in the Lowcountry, who showcase innovative cuisine from their personal journeys with food. Vacation Chefs was conceived in January 2003, in Charleston, SC by Chef Patrick Bordonaro, a 2002 graduate of Johnson and Wales University. Patrick really wanted to start his own journey with private chef gigs that would allow him to display his own culinary skills as well as continue to expand his repertoire.
