  “On Saturday we stopped in to pick up an order to go for my wife's lunch at work. The young girl on the register was not sure of the menue or how to use the register, in training I assumed and worked with it. While we were waiting for our order to go, a young hispanic girl, maybe nine years old, noticed my 11 month old grand daughter and sat down at an adjoining table to stare at her. My grand daughter is a special need child, that was borned with several birth defects, most noticeable being that she has miccing fingers on both hands. she was playing with a balloon tied to the table and this hispanci girl was staring at her. I was annoyed, but understand that this will happen as my grand daughter grows up, and considered the youth of the girl. when our order came, this young hispanic girl jumped up and came over to the waitress, whipsered in spanish. while pointing at my grand daughter and laughing. The waitree to smiled when handing us our order. This infuriated me, but I left, not wanting to cause a scene in the establishment over poor manners of wait staff and their children. when we delivered the order to my wife, it was uneatable and looked as thought it was thrown into the container. I returned on Sunday to talk to the Manager. He refused three times to talk to me, stating that he was too busy to talk with me. Well, I will be to busy in the future to return to his establishment with my famiy, friends, clients, associates and staff. I have put a notice on our company bulliten board to avoid this restaurant, uness you wish to be humilated, embarassed and demeaned in public by the staff and their juvenile family members, and then ignored my management when you wish to discuss the incidents of poor service and inferior food.”
