  “Mario catered my wedding, and his staff members were rude and so was he. He didn't have enough food for the amount of people we paid for. He didn't have any ice to serve with the drinks; he didn't have the drinks that were on the contract. His fruit display consisted of two fruit trays with very few fruit and the grapes were fake. The chef's salad consisted of nothing but lettuce and he didn't have enough dressing for the salad. He talked a big game and showed my husband and I what he would do and how he would do it, and on our wedding day he failed to come through with everything he was suppose to do. He didn't have any napkins. The glass ware was dirty, and the chinaware was not what he presented to us at the meeting. He got a attitude with the mothers of the bride and groom after he was asked about the remaining food that he didn't put out because he stated it was in his truck blocked in by another car. We scheduled a meeting with him to discuss the matter after the wedding and he confirmed that meeting date and time and failed to show up. I would not recommend him to anyone.
  He is a poor caterer and lacks professionalism. Please never ever use him, I would hate for someone to go through what we went through on the most important day of our lives.
